Unable to login to cPanel
Please re-enter your username and password. If this doesn't work, try resetting your password.

Unable to login via FTP
If you are unable to login to your account via FTP, please be sure you are using ftp.greenlighthosting.ml, port 21, and the correct login credentials.

| Common HTTP Error Codes

HTTP Error 503

If you receive this error, please reload your website. In the event which you continue to receive this error, please be sure that there are no typos in your URL.

HTTP Error 404

Please re-type your URL. If this doesn't work, you may have uploaded the file you're looking for into the wrong directory.

HTTP Error 500

For static sites
If you receive the HTTP error 500 on an HTML site, or a static site, you are most likely either typing the domain name incorrectly, or need to refresh the page. To properly reload the page, use Ctrl+F5.
For PHP/Web applications
If you receive the HTTP error 500, please first try to reload the page, using the Ctrl+F5 keyboard shortcut. In the event that this doesn't fix the issue, you have likely misconfigured your PHP script or web app.

Setup Greenlight Mail

Before you can send and receive email through your Greenlight account, you must first park a domain. We recommend using the domain registration search bar at the top of your cPanel, in order to purchase a domain directly from iFastNet.

After you've added your domain, navigate to EMAIL>MX ENTRY. Select your domain from the drop-down menu, and add "mx.greenlighthosting.ml" as the MX record. With your MX record, you can now send and receive email on your domain. Now, navigate to EMAIL>EMAIL ACCOUNTS, and add an email. Now, you can login to the Roundcube email client by navigating to EMAIL>WEBMAIL.

If your account has been wrongfully suspended, please contact the Greenlight administrator at loganlj28@gmail.com However, before doing so, please be sure that your website adhered to the iFastNet Terms of Service agreement, which can be found here; https://ifastnet.com/terms.php.
