Unable to login via FTP
If you are unable to login to your account via FTP, please be sure you are using ftp.greenlighthosting.ml, port 21, and the correct login credentials.
If you receive this error, please reload your website. In the event which you continue to receive this error, please be sure that there are no typos in your URL.
Please re-type your URL. If this doesn't work, you may have uploaded the file you're looking for into the wrong directory.
For static sites
If you receive the HTTP error 500 on an HTML site, or a static site, you are most likely either typing the domain name incorrectly, or need to refresh the page. To properly reload the page, use Ctrl+F5.
For PHP/Web applications
If you receive the HTTP error 500, please first try to reload the page, using the Ctrl+F5 keyboard shortcut. In the event that this doesn't fix the issue, you have likely misconfigured your PHP script or web app.
